નેશનલ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ ઓફ ફેશન ટેક્નોલોજી (NIFT) એ તેની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ પર આગામી 2022ના વર્ષ માટે બેચલર ઓફ ડિઝાઇન તેમજ બેચલર ઓફ ફેશન ટેક્નોલોજી પ્રોગ્રામ્સ (B.Des & B.FTech) માં પ્રવેશ માટેની સૂચના બહાર પાડી છે.

ભારતના કોઈપણ રાજ્યમાંથી લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવાર જે સંબંધિત અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં પ્રવેશ માટે નિર્ધારિત વય અને શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતના માપદંડોને પૂર્ણ કરે છે તે અધિકૃત વેબસાઇટ – http://niftadmissions.in/ દ્વારા ઑનલાઇન અરજી કરી શકે છે.

ઉમેદવારની સાહજિક ક્ષમતા, કન્સેપ્ટ ડેવલપમેન્ટમાં અવલોકનની શક્તિ અને ડિઝાઇન ક્ષમતા નક્કી કરવા માટે એન્ટ્રન્સ એકઝામ અન્ડર ગ્રેજ્યુએટ UG અને PG પોસ્ટ ગ્રેજ્યુએટ  ડિઝાઇન પ્રોગ્રામ બંને માટે લેવામાં આવે છે. કસોટીનું મહત્વનું પાસું એ છે કે રંગ અને ચિત્રણ કૌશલ્યોનો સર્જનાત્મક અને નવીન ઉપયોગ.

લેખિત પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષામાંથી B.Des માટે શોર્ટલિસ્ટ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોએ સિચ્યુએશન ટેસ્ટ લેવાની જરૂર છે જે સામગ્રીના આપેલ સેટ સાથે આપેલ પરિસ્થિતિમાં સામગ્રીના સંચાલન માટે ઉમેદવારની કુશળતા અને નવીન ક્ષમતાનું મૂલ્યાંકન કરવા માટે હાથ પરની કસોટી છે.

ઉમેદવારોએ તેમના દ્વારા પસંદ કરેલ NIFT કેમ્પસમાં સ્ટુડિયો ટેસ્ટ, વ્યક્તિગત ઇન્ટરવ્યુ અને દસ્તાવેજોની ચકાસણી માટે હાજર રહેવું પડશે. સ્ટુડિયો ટેસ્ટ પસંદ કરેલ પ્રોગ્રામ માટે ઉમેદવારના જ્ઞાન અને કૌશલ્યની યોગ્યતા ચકાસવા માટે રચાયેલ છે. પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં પ્રવેશ માત્ર એડમિટ કાર્ડ સાથે જ આપવામાં આવશે. પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં મોબાઈલ અને અન્ય ઈન્ફોટેક ગેજેટ્સને મંજૂરી નથી. મોબાઇલ અથવા અન્ય ઇન્ફોટેક ગેજેટ્સ સાથે મળી આવેલા ઉમેદવારોને પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર છોડવા માટે કહેવામાં આવશે અને ગેરલાયક ઠેરવવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવારોએ પરીક્ષા શરૂ થવાના ઓછામાં ઓછા 30 મિનિટ પહેલા પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પર પહોંચવું જોઈએ. સ્ટુડિયો ટેસ્ટ NIFT કેમ્પસમાં યોજાશે.

NIFT Admission 2022: Important dates

NIFT Admission 2022: How to apply online

1) Register yourself for the online application process at http://niftadmissions.in/.
2) Activate your online Application with the Activation Code received on your Email ID during the registration process.

3) The applicant is required to fill his/her “Personal Information” after registration only. The application form will appear on the screen. The applicant is required to fill up the details in the application form

4) In the next step, the applicant is required to upload scanned image file of his/her Photograph and Signature one by one.

5) In the next step, the applicant may be required to fill the Educational Information (as per requirement).

6) Once all the details are filled in, the candidate is required to Review the details entered and Confirm. No editing will be allowed once the application is confirmed by the candidates.

7) Your form will be completed only after paying the application fees, after confirmation using any of the available online modes of payment.

NIFT Admission 2022: Scheme of examination

Candidates will have to appear for a studio test, personal interview and verification of documents at the NIFT Campus opted by them. The studio test is designed to test the knowledge and skill aptitude of the candidate for the programme opted. Entry to the Examination Centre will be allowed with Admit Card only. Mobiles and other infotech gadgets are not allowed inside the Examination Centre. Candidates found with mobile or other infotech gadgets will be asked to leave the examination centre and shall be disqualified. Candidates should reach the Examination Centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. The studio test will be held at NIFT Campuses.
