હોટસ્પોટ એરીયામાં લૉકડાઉન છૂટછાટો લાગૂ પડશે નહીં
કેન્દ્ર સરકારના ગૃહ વિભાગે આજે તા.15મી એપ્રિલે 20મી એપ્રિલથી લૉકડાઉન દરમિયાન કેટલીક પ્રવૃતિઓને ચુસ્ત નીતિ નિયમોના પાલન કરવાની શરત સાથે છુટછાટ આપવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે. અહીં અમે તેનું ગુજરાતી તેમજ અંગ્રેજી અનુવાદ લખી રહ્યા છે. અમારું ઇન્ટરપ્રિટેશન અને સરકારના નોટિફિકેશન વચ્ચે ભેદ હોઇ શકે. અહીં ફક્ત અછડતો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. વાચકોને સરકારના નોટીફિકેશનનો રેફરન્સ જ ઉપયોગમાં લેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.
તદુપરાંત હોટસ્પોટ, ક્લસ્ટર કોરન્ટાઇન વિસ્તારમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારની છૂટછાટો આપવામાં આવનાર નથી. નોટીફિકેશન ગાઇડલાઇન્સ હોટસ્પોટ એરીયાને લાગૂ પડતી નથી.
Activities permitted April 20 onwards
Specific activities have been allowed April 20 onwards which will be operationalized by states, UTs and district administrations while adhering to social distancing measures.
However, exemptions given from April 20 will not be applicable in Covid-19 hotspots or containment zones and industries operating in rural areas will be able to operate only after April 30:

- ખેતી, હોર્ટિકલ્ચર, ફાર્મિંગ, ખેત પેદાશો હેરફેર, લે-વેચ, લેવડ-દેવડ
- મત્સ્યોદ્યોગ, એકવા કલ્ચર, ઝીંઘા ફાર્મ તેમજ તેના ઉછેર અંગેની પ્રવૃતિઓ
- આયુષ સમેતની તમામ પ્રકારની મેડીકલ સર્વિસીઝ
- ફાર્મ મશીનરી, સ્પેરપાર્ટસ, સપ્લાય ચેન, રિપેરિંગ, મશીનરી સંબંધિત કસ્ટમ હાયરિંગ સેન્ટર
- દવાઓ, ફાર્માસ્યુટિકલ્સ કંપનીઓ, મેડીકલ ડીવાઇસ, મેડીકલ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર કન્સ્ટ્રકશન કામગીરી
- રિઝર્વ બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા તેમજ તેના દ્વારા સંચાલિત નાણાકીય બજારો અને આનુષંગિક પ્રવૃતિઓ
- હાઇવે ધાબા, ટ્રક રિપેરિંગ શોપ્સ, સરકારી પ્રવૃતિઓ માટેના કોલ સેન્ટર્સ
- બાળકો, દિવ્યાંગો, માનસિક વિકલાંગો માટેની પ્રવૃતિઓ કરતી સંસ્થાઓ
- સોશ્યલ ડિસ્ટન્સીંગનો કડક અમલ સાથે મનરેગા યોજનાઓ
- ઓઇલ, ગેસ, પેટ્રોલિયમ તેમજ પોસ્ટલ સર્વિસીઝ, વીજ ઉત્પાદન એકમો વગેરે પબ્લિક યુટિલિટીઝ યુનિટ્સ,
- મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ યુનિટ કે જે સ્પેશ્યલ ઇકોનોમિક ઝોન્સ, એક્સપોર્ટ ઓરીએન્ટેડ યુનિટ્સ, ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ એસ્ટેટ્સ, ટાઉનશીપ્સ
What allowed
- Agricultural, horticultural, farming, procurement of agri products, ‘mandis’
- Fishery, aquaculture and plantation activities
- All health services (including AYUSH)
- Shops of farm machinery, its spare parts, supply chain, repairs, ‘Custom Hiring Centres’ related to machinery
- Manufacturing units of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, construction of medical infrastructure
- Reserve Bank of India & RBI-regulated financial markets and entities
- Highway ‘dhabas’, truck repairing shops, call centres for govt activities
- Operation of homes for children/ disabled/ mentally challenged/ senior
- MNREGA works will be allowed with strict implementation of social distancing
- Public utilities like operations of oil and gas sector, postal services, power generation etc.
- Manufacturing, industrial units with access control in SEZs, Export Oriented Units, industrial estates, townships
