કોરોના શંકાસ્પદ દર્દીનો પહેલો ટેસ્ટ નેગેટીવ અને કન્ફર્મ કેસમાં 24 કલાકમાં 2 નેગેટીવ ટેસ્ટ પછી જ રજા અપાશે

કેન્દ્ર સરકારે કોરોના સામે શ્રેણીબદ્ધ પગલાંઓ ભર્યા છે. કોરોના ટેસ્ટિંગ માટેની સિસ્ટમ જડબેસલાક બનાવી છે. કોરોનાના દર્દીઓને કેવી રીતે ઓળખવા અથવા તો કેવા પ્રકારની ગાઇડલાઇન્સ તબીબોએ ફોલો કરવી તે અંગે પણ સ્પેશિફિક સૂચનાઓ જારી કરવામાં આવી છે.

કોરોના શંકાસ્પદ દર્દીઓનો પહેલો ટેસ્ટ જો નેગેટીવ આવે તો સંબંધિત ડોક્ટરની સલાહને અનુસરીને જે તે દર્દીને જવા દેવામાં આવશે અને એ ફર્સ્ટ નેગેટીવ પેશન્ટનું 14 દિવસ સુધી ફોલોઅપ તંત્ર દ્વારા લેવામાં આવશે.

કોરોના પોઝીટીવ દર્દીઓ માટેની ગાઇડલાઇન અનુસાર ટ્રીટમેન્ટ લઇ રહેલા દર્દીના એક દિવસમાં જો બે સેમ્પલ ટેસ્ટ નેગેટીવ આવે તો તેને ડિસ્ચાર્જ કરી શકાશે. આ ગાઇડલાઇન્સ અનુસરવા માટે ભારતભરમાં સૂચના જારી કરવામાં આવી છે.

The government has issued a discharge policy for Covid-19, Cases of suspected coronavirus, who test negative in the first instance, can be discharged on doctor’s advice but will be monitored for 14 days after their last contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case, the guidelines said.

cases under which a positive case shall be managed as per protocol and discharged after only two samples test negative within 24 hours and there’s evidence of chest radiographic clearance and viral clearance in respiratory samples.
