ધો.12 સાયન્સ બી ગ્રુપના સીબીએસઇ, આઇસીએસઇ તેમજ ગુજરાત બોર્ડના પરીણામો જાહેર થઇ ચૂક્યા છે, પણ મેડીકલ, ડેન્ટલ, હોમિયોપેથી અને આયુર્વેદિકમાં પ્રવેશ માટે ફરજિયાત નીટ પરીક્ષાના પરીણામને હજુ કમસે કમ 25 દિવસ જેટલો સમય બાકી છે.
નેશનલ ટેસ્ટીંગ ઓથોરિટીના સૂત્રોના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર તેમજ એન.ટી.એ.ના નોટિફિકેશનની માહિતી અનુસાર નીટ 2019નું પરીણામ તા.5મી જુન 2019ની આસપાસ જાહેર થશે.
મેડીકલ, ડેન્ટલ, હોમિયોપેથી અને આયુર્વેદિકમાં પ્રવેશ ઇચ્છુક વાલીઓ અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે આ 25 દિવસનો સમયગાળો ભારે ઉચાટ વાળો રહેશે. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નીટમાં 350થી નીચે સ્કોર આવે તેવું ગણિત છે એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વાલીઓ માટે આ સમયગાળો ભારે કપરો બની રહેશે. એક તરફ એવી મૂંઝવણ હશે કે મેડીકલમાં પ્રવેશ મળશે કે નહીં અને બીજી તરફ પ્રાઇવેટ મેડીકલ કોલેજો તેમજ ફોરેનની મેડિકલ કોલેજોમાં પ્રવેશ અપાવતા ધંધાદારી એજન્ટોના રોજેરોજ ફોનકોલ્સ અને મેસેજિસ આવશે.
ગુજરાતમાં મેડિકલ, પેરામેડિકલ કોલેજોમાં પ્રવેશ માટે રચવામાં આવેલી કમિટી પણ નીટના પરીણામ સુધી નિષ્ક્રીય બેસી રહે છે. અત્યાર સુધી એવું જ અનુભવાયું છે કે પરીણામ આવ્યા પછીના દોઢથી બે મહિના પછી પ્રવેશ કમિટી રજિસ્ટ્રેશન પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ કરે છે. નીટના પરીણામને હજુ 25 દિવસની વાર છે ત્યાં સુધી મેડીકલ પ્રવેશ સમિતિ, એન્જિનિયરિંગની વ્યવસ્થાની જેમ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન પ્રોસેસ પૂરી કરી દે તો બાદમાં પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી ઝડપથી હાથ ધરી શકાશે. પરંતુ, હજુ સુધી પ્રવેશ સમિતિ વહેલી જાગે તેવા કોઇ અણસાર જણાતા નથી.
એજન્ટોની માયાજાળમાં ફસાવવા કરતા સ્વયં પ્રયત્ન કરો
નીટના પરીણામ સુધી પ્રાઇવેટ મેડીકલ કોલેજોમાં પ્રવેશ અપાવતા એજન્ટો તેમજ ફોરેનમાં મેડીકલ એડમિશન અપાવતા એજન્ટો પોતાની માયાજાળ બિછાવીને વાલીઓને અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એવા ડરાવશે કે ઘણાં વાલીઓ અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમની વાતોમાં આવી જઇને રશીયા, ચાઇના, ફિલિપાઇન્સ, યુક્રેન વગેરે જેવી મેડીકલ કોલેજોમાં પ્રવેશ માટેની ટોકન એમાઉન્ટ પણ આપી દેશે.
ફોરેન મેડીકલ ભણવા જવામાં કશું ખોટું નથી પરંતુ, એજન્ટોને બિનજરૂરી દોઢથી અઢી લાખ રૂપિયા ચૂકવવા કરતા વાલીઓ અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જાતે જ ફોરેનની કોલેજોની વેબસાઇટ પરથી કોલેજનો સંપર્ક કરીને એડમિશન મેળવવું જોઇએ. આ પ્રક્રિયાથી એજન્ટોને આપવાની થતી દોઢથી અઢીલાખ જેવી માતબર રકમ બચાવી શકાય છે.
મેડીકલ અને પેરામેડિકલમાં ગયા વર્ષનું કટઓફ શું હતું
ધો.12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહના આજે જાહેર થયેલા પરીણામમાં વરાછા રોડની સાયન્સ સ્કુલોનું પરીણામ સુરતની અન્ય સ્કુલોની સરખામણીમાં શ્રેષ્ઠ રહ્યું હતું. ખાસ કરીને વરાછા રોડ પર આવેલી આશાદીપ સાયન્સ ભવન, પી.પી. સવાણી ગ્રુપ, તપોવન વિદ્યાભવન જેવી સ્કુલોમાંથી સૌથી વધુ એ-વન ગ્રેડ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ હાંસલ કર્યા છે.
વરાછા રોડ પર આવેલી આશાદીપ સાયન્સ ભવન ધો.12 સાયન્સના નબળા પરીણામ વચ્ચે પણ આ વખતે અડીખમ ઉભી રહી છે. સુરત શહેર જિલ્લા મળીને કુલ 31 એ-વન ગ્રેડ આવ્યા છે. જેમાં એકલી આશાદીપ સાયન્સ ભવન સ્કુલના જ 31 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ-વન ગ્રેડમાં આવ્યા છે.
કેમેસ્ટ્રીના ખરાબ પરીણામ વચ્ચે આશાદીપના બે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ 100માંથી 99 માર્કસ ખેંચી લાવ્યા
આશાદીપ સાયન્સ ભવનમાં અક્ષર દિનેશભાઇ રોય તેમજ પરીબ મુકેશભાઇ બલર એ બે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એવા છે કે જેમના કેમેસ્ટ્રી વિષય કે જેમાં આખા ગુજરાતના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ધોવાય ગયા છે આ બે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ કેમેસ્ટ્રમાં 100માંથી 99 માર્કસ હાંસલ કર્યા છે. આમ સુરતમાં વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં આશાદીપ સાયન્સ ભવન સ્કુલ 40 ટકા જેટલા એ-વન ગ્રેડ એકલા હાથે ખેંચી લાવી છે.
આજે તા.9મી મે 2019ની સવારે આઠ વાગ્યા પહેલા જ ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ પર ધો.12 સાયન્સનું પરીણામ જાહેર થઇ ચૂક્યું હતું. અનેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને તેમના વાલીઓ તેમજ સ્કુલોએ મળસ્કે ચાર વાગ્યાથી જ પરીણામ માટે વેબસાઇટ પર ખાંખોખોળા કરવાના શરૂ કરી દીધા હતા. સવારે પોણા સાતેક વાગ્યાથી વેબસાઇટ પર પરીણામ દેખાવાનું શરૂ થયું હોવાનું પેરેન્ટેસે જણાવ્યું હતું.
કેમેસ્ટ્રીએ રડાવી નાંખ્યા
ગુજરાત બોર્ડે ધો.12 સાયન્સમાં કુલ 15 વિષયોની પરીક્ષા લીધી હતી. 15 વિષયો પૈકી સૌથી ઓછું પરીણામ કેમેસ્ટ્રી વિષયનું આવ્યું છે. ઉપરના કોષ્ટક પરથી જોઇ શકાય છે. કેમેસ્ટ્રીનું પરીણામ ફક્ત 72.86 ટકા આવ્યું છે. જે તમામ વિષયોમાં સૌથી ઓછું છે. કેમેસ્ટ્રીમાં જ સૌથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નાપાસ થયા છે.
ધો.12 સાયન્સના પરીણામ અંગે મળેલા પ્રાથમિક રિપોર્ટસ અને ફિડબેક એવા છે કે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જેમાં ડર હતો અને જે વિષયનું પેપર કહેવાય છે કે ખરાબ રીતે સેટ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. પરીક્ષા પછી ગુજરાતભરમાંથી કેમેસ્ટ્રી વિષયની ફેર પરીક્ષા સામે વિરોધનો વંટોળ ઉઠ્યો હતો. એ કેમેસ્ટ્રીનું પરીણામ આજે સાવ કંગાળ રહ્યું હતું.
સેંકડો નહીં પણ હજારો વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું પરીણામ કેમેસ્ટ્રીએ બગાડી નાંખ્યું છે. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કેમેસ્ટ્રી સિવાયના વિષયોમાં 80 પ્લસ માર્કસ લાવ્યા છે તેમને કેમેસ્ટ્રી વિષયમાં ગ્રેસિંગ મળ્યું છે. અનેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કેમેસ્ટ્રીમાં નાપાસ થયા હોવાનું જાણવા મળે છે.
શિક્ષણ સર્વદા અને સી.આઇ.એ. લાઇવને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વાલીઓએ મોકલેલા રિપોર્ટસમાં એવી જ ફરીયાદો કરી કે કેમેસ્ટ્રીના પરીણામથી બિલકુલ સંતોષ નથી. કેમેસ્ટ્રીનું પેપર ખરાબ ગયું હતું અપેક્ષા હતી જ કે રીઝલ્ટ ખરાબ જ આવવાનું છે. અને આજે એ જ સ્થિતિ સર્જાય ચૂકી છે.
ડમી સ્કુલોએ ડાટ વાળ્યા, જેઇઇમાં મેરીટ લાવ્યા પણ પ્રવેશ માટેની લાયકાત મેળવી ન શક્યા
એવા પણ રિપોર્ટસ મળ્યા છે કે જેઇઇ મેઇન્સમાં જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 85થી ઉપર સ્કોર છે, 90 પ્લસ સ્કોર છે એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આજે ધો.12ના પરીણામમાં 70 ટકા પણ મેળવી શક્યા નથી. એટલે કે તેઓ એનઆઇટીમાં મેરીટમાં પ્રવેશપાત્ર બની ગયા છે પરંતુ, તેમની પાસે એનઆઇટીમાં પ્રવેશ માટેની લાયકાત જેટલા પણ માર્કસ ધો.12માં મેળવી શક્યા નથી.
જેઇઇ મેઇનમાં મેરીટ હોય અને પ્રવેશ માટેની લાયકાત જેટલા પણ માર્કસ ધો.12માં ન મેળવી શકેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ડમી સ્કુલોના હોવાનું જાણવા મળે છે. જેમણે સ્કુલના ભોગે ટ્યુશનને મહત્વ આપ્યું એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પણ ઉડી ગયા હતા.
ગુજરાત ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા ગત માર્ચ 2019માં લેવામાં આવેલી ધો.12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહની પરીક્ષાનું પરીણામની પ્રાથમિક જાહેરાત તા.9મી મે સવારે 8 વાગ્યે ઇન્ટરનેટથી તેમજ પરીણામની હાર્ડ કોપી શાળા પરથી બપોરે 12 વાગ્યે મળી જાય તેવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે.
ધો.૧૨ સાયન્સમાં આ વર્ષે એ ગ્રૂપમાં ૫૭૫૧૧ જયારે બી ગ્રૂપમાં ૮૯૭૬૦ અને એબી ગ્રૂપમાં ૩૧ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નોંધાયા હતા.
આ લખાઇ રહ્યું છે ત્યારે પરીણામની પૂર્વ સંધ્યા છે અને ધો.12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં અભ્યાસ કરનારા અંદાજે 1.45 લાખથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને તેમના વાલીઓમાં ભારે ઉત્તેજના જોવા મળી છે. તમામના મનમાં એક જ સવાલ ઉપસ્થિત થઇ રહ્યો છે અને એ સવાલ કેમેસ્ટ્રીનું પરીણામ કેવું આવશે એ છે.
ગુજરાતમાં સેલ્ફ ફાઇનાન્સ કોલેજો એટલી બધી ખૂલી ગઇ છે કે જો પરીણામ ખરાબ આવશે તો એ કોલેજોમાં વિદ્યાર્થી સંખ્યા નહીં થાય અને કોલેજો બંધ કરવાની સ્થિતિ પેદા થવાની શક્યતા છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં ગુજરાતનુ પરીણામ તો સારુ જ આવવાનું છે.
બી ગ્રુપ વાળા માટે પ્રવેશ સમસ્યા સર્જાશે
ધો.12 બી ગ્રુપમાંથી પાસ કરનારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે કોલેજમાં પ્રવેશની સમસ્યા સર્જાય તેમ છે. કેમકે ગત વર્ષ કરતા બી ગ્રુપમાં આ વખતે અંદાજે 12 હજાર જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વધુ સંખ્યામાં નોંધાયા છે. 12 હજાર જેટલી સીટ બી ગ્રુપના અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં વધી નથી. પરીણામે બી ગ્રુપના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મનગમતી કોલેજમાં પ્રવેશ ન મળે અથવા તો પ્રવેશ વંચિતરહેવું પડે તેવી સ્થિતિ સર્જાશે એમાં કોઇ શંકાને સ્થાન નથી.
એ ગ્રુપમાં એન્જિનિયરિંગમાં 50 ટકા સીટો ખાલી રહેેશે
એ ગ્રુપમાં એટલે કે એન્જિનિયરિંગ અને ટેકનોલોજીમાં પ્રવેશની કોઇ સમસ્યા નહીં સર્જાય કેમકે 60,900થી વધુ ઇજનેરીની સીટ્સની સામે ગુજકેટની પરીક્ષા ફક્ત 47000 જેટલી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આપી છે. આમ, અત્યારથી જ 13 હજાર જેટલી સીટો ખાલી પડી રહે તેવી સ્થિતિનું નિર્માણ થઇ ચૂક્યું છે. ગુજકેટ આપનારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ બધા જ ઇજનેરીમાં પ્રવેશ લેતા નથી, કેટલાક ફાર્મસીમાં, કેટલાક આર્કિટેક્ચરમાં, કેટલાક લોકલ યુનિ.માં બીએસસીમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવશે તો કેટલાક જેઇઇ થકી નેશનલ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યુટ્સમાં જશે. આમ એ ગ્રુપમાં ઇજનેરીની સીટો ખાલી પડી રહે તેવી સ્થિતિ સર્જાશે.
ધો.૧૨ સાયન્સમાં આ વર્ષે એ ગ્રુપમાં ૫૭૫૧૧ જયારે બી ગ્રૂપમાં ૮૯૭૬૦ અને એબી ગ્રૂપમાં ૩૧ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નોંધાયા હતા.
2019માં વર્ષે એ ગ્રૂપમાં અંદાજે ૨૫૦ જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વધ્યા છે. જયારે બી ગ્રૂપમાં અંદાજે ૧૨ હજાર જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો વધારો થયો છે.
ધો.૧૨ સાયન્સમાં સેમેસ્ટર સીસ્ટમ પ્રમાણે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પરીક્ષા આપી રહ્યા છે તેમના માટે આ છેલ્લી તક છે. જયારે એનસીઇઆરટી પ્રમાણેના પાયલોટ પ્રોજેક્ટમા સામેલ થયેલી સ્કૂલોના ૧૨૨૬૩ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત રહેશે.
તા.9મી મે 2019 ના રોજ ગુજરાત બોર્ડનું ધો.12 સાયન્સનું પરીણામ ઘોષિત થવાનું છે. સૌથી વધુ સમસ્યા ધો.12 બાયોલોજી ગ્રુપ સાથે અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જેઓ એમબીબીએસ કરવા ઇચ્છતા હોય છે પરંતુ, તેમનો નીટ પરીક્ષાનો સ્કોર એવો હોય છે કે તેમને ગુજરાત કે ભારતની મેડીકલ કોલેજોમાં એમબીબીએસમાં પ્રવેશ મળી શકતો નથી. આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અહીં મેડીકલ કાઉન્સિલ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયાએ માન્ય કરેલી વિશ્વભરની મેડીકલ કોલેજોની યાદી પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવી છે કે જ્યાં ભારતીય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અભ્યાસ કરીને ડોક્ટરીની પદવી મેળવી શકે છે.
એ બાબત પણ ધ્યાનમાં લેવી જોઇએ કે ફોરેનની મેડીકલ ગ્રેજ્યુએશનની ડિગ્રી ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભારતમાં તબીબી વ્યવસાય કરવા માટે પાછા આવવું હોય ત્યારે તેમણે ભારતમાં એફ.એમ.જી.ઇ. (ફોરેન મેડીકલ ગ્રેજ્યુએશન એક્ઝામ) આપવી પડે છે.
અમેરિકા, કેનેડા, યુ.કે., ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયા, ન્યુઝિલેન્ડ જેવા દેશમાંથી મેડીકલ ગ્રેજ્યુએટ થતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ એફ.એમ.જી.ઇ ટેસ્ટ આપવી પડતી નથી.

It has come to the notice of the Medical Council of India that some Agents are providing misleading/false/fabricated information to the Indian Nationals who are desirous of taking admission in MBBS or its equivalent course in a University/Institution located outside India with regard to the fee structure, recognition/approval of the particular medical University/Institution, duration of the course etc.
The public at large is advised that before taking admission in MBBS or its equivalent course in a university outside India, confirmation of the fee structure and duration of the course should be directly obtained from the University/Institution concerned.
As far as status of recognition of a particular university/institution is concerned, it is informed that as per clause 4(1) of the Screening Test Regulation, 2002, any primary medical qualification which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned to be a recognized qualification for enrolment as medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding such qualification is situated, can be considered to be a recognized medical qualification by the Medical Council of India for the purposes of issuance of Eligibility Certificate, entitle a candidate to appear in the Screening Test and grant of provisional/permanent registration by the concerned State Medical Council. Therefore, the candidates concerned are hereby advised to confirm the status of the medical qualification and its awarding university/institution from the Indian Embassy concerned and/or from the Medical Council of India. Prior to taking admission the candidates must make enquiries regarding fee structure from the Institution/University concerned.
Based upon the information received from the Indian Embassy/High Commission of India concerned, the list of foreign universities/institutions as approved/recognized by the authorities concerned in respective countries is given below:-
It is further informed that the Medical Council of India has neither appointed nor authorized any Agent/Broker/Lisioning Officer for admission of students into any medical course in India and abroad.

It is stated that the Council has received a letter No.PEK/EDU/GNE/2013-4 dated April 8, 2013 and receiving date in the Council on 01.05.2013 from Sh. Vinayak Prataprao Chavan, First Secretary (Edu), Embassy of India, Beijing, China alongwith a letter/circular of Ministry of Educations of the people’s Republic of China in which the mentioned that the Department of International Cooperation and exchange of Ministry of Educations of People’s Republic of China, has issued a list of Institutions of higher learning recruiting International students of Clinical Medicine (English Medium) for the Academic year 2013-2014.
They have further stated that International Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China presents its compliments to the Embassy of Republic of India in China and has the honor to inform that ‘Name List of Universities that Enroll Undergraduate Clinical Major (English teaching) Foreign Students and enrollment Plan for the year 2013/2014. Further they have enclosed a list of 52 Institutions/Universities.

As per the decision of the Executive Committee at its meeting held on 24.8.2007, the Council issues Eligibility Certificate only to those candidates who opted to take admission in those colleges as per the list send by Embassy of India, Beijing. Medical Council of India has received a letter dated 26.7.2007 from First Secretary(P-II), Embassy of India, Beijing, China, stating as under:-
We have come across a report in the Chinese-language press about the announcement yesterday(25 July) of a provisional set of measures designed to impose stricter control, on English-language undergraduate Medical education imparted to foreign students in China. The full translation of the report, published in the official “Guangming Daily” of today (26 July) is enclosed herewith.
You may like to note that many of the concerns raised in respect of Indian Medical students in China are sought to be addressed through these provisional measures. It is apparent that more control will be exercised by the designated bodies of the Chinese Ministry of Education. So far, as you are well aware, the Medical education institutes have been following their own standards for intake of foreign students.
The report also mentions 30 Medical education institutes approved to enroll foreign students. From the website of the Ministry of Education, we obtained the list, along with their planned foreign students intake for the year 2007-08 (copy enclosed). While this does not answer our question on the status of students already enrolled in other institutes (and we have sought meeting with the Ministry of Education here to clarify this), it may be ensured in the meanwhile that no eligibility certificates are issued by concerned authorities in India for study in institutes other than those in the list.
We are also obtaining the full set of the regulations, and will share with you our opinion after going through them in detail. In the meantime, grateful if the findings of the Ministry of Health delegation that visited China in June 2007 are shared with us, with instructions, if any, to Indian students in China.
In view of above, Medical Council of India has decided that w.e.f. 26.7.2007, the Eligibility Certificate should be issued only for the following institutes in China up to the number specified against each in respect of desirous of having Medical education in China:-

ADVERTISEMENT : It is hereby brought to the notice of all concerned that as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( as amended in 2001) and the Eligibility Requirements for taking Admission in an undergraduate Medical Course in Foreign Medical Institution Regulations, 2002, any candidate who has passed the qualifying examination either from India or an equivalent examination from abroad and is desirous of joining an undergraduate Medical course in any foreign Medical Institutions on or after 15th March, 2002 has to approach the Medical Council of India for issue an Eligibility Certificate for that purpose. The form of application for issue of Eligibility Certificate may be obtained from the Council office and the application should be submitted with all the relevant documents including a demand draft for Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favour of Secretary, Medical Council of India, New Delhi. Copy of the application form is also available on the website of the Council ( www.mciindia.org ). No candidate who has obtained admission in any foreign Medical institution on or after 15th March, 2002 shall be permitted to sit for the Screening Test, after obtaining the Medical degree from abroad, for the purpose of registration in India, unless he/she produces the Eligibility Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India.Any further details may be obtained from the office of the Medical Council of India, New Delhi.
ગુજરાતમાં આવેલી રાય, પારુલ, આર.કે. તથા અન્ય ખાનગી યુનિવર્સિટીમાં બી.એસ.સી. તેમજ ખાનગી યુનિવર્સિટીમાં (એગ્રી). બી.ટેક., (એગ્રીકલ્ચર એન્જિનિયરિંગ ) બી.એસ.સી.(હોર્ટી) અને કૃષિ ઇજનેરી (ડિપ્લોમા) જેવા કૃષિ સલગ્ન અભ્યાસક્રમો ચલાવવા માટે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા કોઇ મંજૂરી આપી નથી. તેમજ ત્યાં ચાલતાં કોર્ષ ગુજરાત કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટી અધિનિયમ, 2004ની કલમ નં.4(4)ની વિરુદ્ધ હોવાથી તાત્કાલિક અસરથી બંધ કરવા માટે સરકારના કૃષિ, ખેડૂત કલ્યાણ અને સહકાર વિભાગે જણાવ્યું છે.
વર્ષ 2018-19માં સંબંધિત ખાનગી યુનિવર્સિટીઓએ ગુજરાત હાઇ કોર્ટમાં એસસીએ/એલપીએ દાખલ કરી દાદ માગી હતી. ગુજરાત હાઇ કોર્ટે સંયુક્ત રીતે સુનાવણી કરીને આ અરજીઓ અંતર્ગત આ ત્રણેય ખાનગી યુનિવર્સિટીઓ દ્વારા કૃષિ અને સલગ્ન અભ્યાસક્રમો ગુજરાત કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટીઓ અધિનિયમ, 204 ની કલમ નં. 4(4)ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ રાજ્ય સરકારની પૂર્વ મંજૂરી મેળવેલ ન હોવાથી અને ઉક્ત અભ્યાસક્રમો ચલાવવા બાબતે આઇ.સી.એ.આર. દ્વારા નિધાર્રિત કરવામાં આવેલા ધારા-ધોરણોનો અમલ કરવામાં આવેલી ન હતી, હાઇ કોર્ટ દ્વારા 30 /10/2018ના ચુકાદાથી ખાનગી યુનિવર્સિટી દ્વારા ચલાવાતા કૃષિ સલગ્ન અભ્યાસક્રમોને અમાન્ય ઠરાવ્યા હતા.
ટ્રેન મોડી પડવાને કારણે મેડિકલમાં પ્રવેશ માટેની નેશનલ ઇલેજિબિલિટી કમ એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ (NEET)ની પરીક્ષા ચૂકનાર કર્ણાટકના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વધુ એક તક આપવાની જાહેરાત કેન્દ્રીય પ્રધાન પ્રકાશ જાવડેકરે કરી હતી. આ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પરીક્ષા 20મી મેને દિવસે લેવામાં આવશે.
જાવડેકરે ટ્વિટર પર જણાવ્યું હતું કે મને આ વાત જણાવતા આનંદ થાય છે કે ટ્રેન મોડી પડવાને કારણે કર્ણાટકના જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નિટની પરીક્ષા ચૂક્યા હતા, એમને વધુ એક તક આપવામાં આવશે. આ પરીક્ષા રવિવારે આખા દેશમાં લેવામાં આવી હતી, પણ કર્ણાટકના સેંકડો વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ટ્રેન પરીક્ષાના ચોક્કસ સમય કરતા બેંગલોર એક કલાક મોડી પહોંચી હતી.
કર્ણાટકના ભૂતપૂર્વ મુખ્ય પ્રધાન સિદ્ધારામૈયાએ આ મામલો ટ્વિટર પર હાઇલાઇટ કર્યો હતો અને એને વડા પ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીને ટૅગ કર્યો હતો. નેશનલ ટેસ્ટિંગ એજન્સી આ પરીક્ષા લે છે અને એમણે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં કોઇ ફરેફાર ન કર્યો હોવાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી.
ઓડિશામાં પણ ચક્રવાત ફોનિને કારણે પરીક્ષા લંબાવીને 20મી મેને દિવસે લેવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાયો હતો.
આગામી તા.9મી મે 2019ના રોજ ગુજરાત બોર્ડનું ધો.12 સાયન્સનું પરીણામ જાહેર થઇ રહ્યું છે અને એ પૂર્વે ગુજરાતની કોલેજોમાં પ્રવેશ માટેની કાર્યવાહીઓને અંતિમ સ્વરુપ આપવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
એડમિશન કમિટી ફોર પ્રોફેશનલ કોર્સીસ (એ.સી.પી.સી.)એ આ વખતથી એન્જિનિયરિંગ, ફાર્મસી, ડિપ્લોમા, આર્કિટેક્ચર વગેરે કોર્સમાં ઓનલાઇન પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી માટે જરૂરી 14 આંકડાના પીન નંબરના વિતરણ તેમજ ઓનલાઇન ફી ભરવા માટેની વ્યવસ્થામાં ફેરફાર કર્યો છે.
14 આંકડાનો પીન ક્યારથી મળશે એની જાહેરાત હવે પછી અખબારોમાં જાહેરાત આપી કરવામાં આવશે
આ વખતથી કોટક બેંકમાં નહીં પરંતુ, આઇ.સી.આઇ.સી.આઇ. બેંકની રાજ્યભરમાં પથરાયેલી ચોક્કસ બ્રાન્ચમાંથી ઓનલાઇન પ્રવેશ માટેનો જરૂરી 14 આંકડાનો પીન મળશે.
ગુજરાતમાં આવેલી ધો.12 પછી પ્રવેશ માટેની ઇજનેરી, ફાર્મસી, ડિપ્લોમા ફાર્મસી, આર્કિટેકચર, ધો.10 પછી ડિપ્લોમા, કન્સ્ટ્રકશન ટેક્નોલોજી, હોટેલ મેનેજમેન્ટ, એમબીએ, એમસીએ વગેરે કોલેજોમાં ઓનલાઇન પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરવામાં આવે છે. આ પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયામાં રજિસ્ટ્રેશન માટે એડમિશન કમિટી ફોર પ્રોફેશનલ કોર્સીસ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવતા 14 આંકડાના પીન નંબરનું મહત્વ ઘણું છે. તેના વગર રજિસ્ટ્રેશન થઇ શકે નહીં.
ગત વર્ષ સુધી કોટક બેંકમાંથી 14 ડિજિટનો પીન મળતો હતો હવે આ વર્ષથી બદલાયેલી વ્યવસ્થા પ્રમાણે આઇસીઆઇસીઆઇ બેંકમાંથી પીન મળશે.
CBSEએ ધોરણ 10નું પરિણામ જાહેર કરીને આજે લોકોને ચોંકાવી દીધા. આ વખતે કુલ 500 માર્ક્સમાંથી 499 માર્ક્સ મેળવીને 13 વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ટોપ કર્યું છે. ક્ષેત્ર અનુસાર પરિણામ મુજબ ત્રિવેન્દ્રમ (99.85%), ચેન્નઈ (99%) અને અજમેર રીજન (95.89%) અનુક્રમે પ્રથમ, દ્વિતિય અને ત્રીજા સ્થાને રહ્યા.
આ વખતે CBSEના ધોરણ 10ના પરિણામમાં પ્રથમ ક્રમાંકે 13 વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ 500માંથી 499 ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કર્યા છે. જ્યારે બીજા ક્રમાંકે 498 ગુણ સાથે 25 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને ત્રીજા સ્થાને 58 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ છે. પ્રથમ રેન્ક મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં 13 પૈકી 6 વિદ્યાર્થિનીઓ અને 7 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ છે. CBSEના ધોરણ 10ના પરિણામમાં આ વખતે કુલ 91.1% વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસ થયા છે.
હમ્પી એક્સપ્રેસ મોડી પડવાથી અને અગાઉથી માહિતી આપ્યા વિના પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર બદલાઇ જવાથી મોટી સંખ્યામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ‘નીટ’ની પરીક્ષા આપવામાં અસફળ રહ્યા હતા. પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં સમયસર પહોંચવા માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આમતેમ નાસભાગ કરતા જોવા મળ્યા હતા.
બેંગલુરુમાં ‘નીટ’ પરીક્ષામાં ફેલાયેલી અંધાધૂંધીની વચ્ચે કર્ણાટકના મુખ્ય પ્રધાન એચ. ડી. કુમારસ્વામી પણ વિદ્યાર્થી અને તેમના માતાપિતા સાથે જોડાયા હતા અને જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ પરીક્ષા આપવાનું ચૂકી ગયા તેમની માટે સ્પેશિયલ પરીક્ષાનો બંદોબસ્ત કરવા માગણી કરી હતી.
ટ્વિટર પર મૂકેલા એક સંદેશામાં તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે હમ્પી એક્સપ્રેસ સાત કલાક મોડી પડવાથી ઉત્તર કર્ણાટકના સેંકડો વિદ્યાર્થી પરીક્ષા ચૂકી ગયા હતા. કુમારસ્વામીએ વડા પ્રધાન મોદી, રેલવે પ્રધાન પીયૂષ
ગોયલ અને માનવ સંસાધન અને વિકાસ ખાતાના પ્રધાન પ્રકાશ જાવડેકરને મધ્યસ્થી કરવા અને જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ટ્રેન મોડી પડવાને કારણે પરીક્ષા ચૂકી ગયા હતા તેમને આ પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા બીજી તક આપવા જણાવ્યું હતું.
