NEET ના પરીક્ષા શહેર માં 31 મે પહેલા ફેરફાર કરી શકાશે

કોવીડ-19ના સંક્રમણને કારણે ભારતમાં ઉદભવેલી પરિસ્થિતિને પગલે દેશમાં શૈક્ષણિક શિડ્યુલ ખોરવાય ગયું છે. મેડીકલ અને એન્જિનિયરિંગની પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષાઓ હવે જુલાઇમાં લેવામાં આવનાર છે. પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રો પણ હોટસ્પોટ કે કન્ટેમેન્ટ ઝોનમાં આવે તેવી સ્થિતિ છે.

કોટા કે અન્ય વિસ્તારોમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વતન પરત ફર્યા છે

મેડીકલ અને ડેન્ટલમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ધો.11-12 રાજસ્થાનના કોટા, મહારાષ્ટ્રના લોની કે અન્ય રેસિડેન્સીયલ સ્કુલોમાં અભ્યાસ કરવા પોતાના વતનથી દૂર, નિવાસસ્થાનથી બીજા શહેરોમાં અભ્યાસ કરે છે. અને આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નીટ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન વખતે એ જ વિસ્તારના પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રને પસંદ કર્યા હતા. હવે કોવીડ-19 અને લૉકડાઉનની સ્થિતિ બાદ હજારો વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાના વતન પહોંચી ગયા છે. અને જુલાઇ 26મી સુધીમાં દેશમાં આંતરીક પરીવહનને મંજૂરી મળે તેવી શક્યતા હાલ દેખાતી નથી. પરીણામે નીટ 2020ના પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં ફેરફાર કરવાની છૂટ આપવામાં આવી છે.

નીટ 2020 માટે રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવનારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તા.31મી મે 2020 સુધી પોતાના પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર એટલે કે શહેર, નગરને બદલી શકશે.

સૂરત અને સૌરાષ્ટ્રના પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ કેન્દ્રો બદલે તેવી શક્યતા

સૂરત શહેરમાંથી પણ હજારો પરીવારો વતન સૌરાષ્ટ્ર પહોંચ્યા છે. આ પરીવારો પણ દોઢ મહિના પહેલા સૂરત પરત ફરી શકે તેમ નથી. આવી સ્થિતિમાં અગાઉ સૂરત રહીને નીટનો અભ્યાસ કરનારા હજારો વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હવે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર વતનમાં પહોંચી ગયા હોઇ, તેઓ પણ નીટના પરીક્ષા શહેરમાં ફેરફાર કરી શકે તેમ છે.

NEET 2020 application form correction & exam city change date extended again

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has yet again extended tha last date to make corrections in their particulars and centre cities in the NEET UG online application forms. As per the official notice released by NTA, the facility for correction in the particulars including choice of centre cities in the online application form will be available up to May 31, 2020.

Applicants can visit the official website of NTA NEET — ntaneet.nic.in — to make corrections in their particulars.

It should be noted that the correction in the particulars in the NEET online application forms will be accepted up to 05.00 pm and submission of fee up to 11.50 pm on May 31, 2020.

Candidates can pay the requisite (additional) fee (if applicable), through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI and PAYTM. It is to be noted that in case, additional fee payment is required depending on the changes made in the form, the final updates will be reflected after the payment.

The notification also reads “NTA will make efforts to allot the city of examination to the candidates in order of choices now opted by them in their Application Form, subject to the availability of capacity in the desired city. However, due to administrative reasons, a different city may be allotted and the decision of the NTA regarding allotment of the centre will be final.”
