કોરોનાની મહામારીને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને આવતા વરસે દસમા અને બારમા ધોરણની પરીક્ષા માટે સ્પેશિયલ અસેસમેન્ટ સ્કીમની સેન્ટ્રલ બૉર્ડ ઑફ સેક્ધડરી ઍજ્યુકેશન (સીબીએસઈ)એ સોમવારે જાહેરાત કરી હતી.

શૈક્ષણિક સત્રને બે ટર્મમાં વિભાજિત કરવાની અને વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ના શૈક્ષણિક સત્ર માટે અભ્યાસક્રમ વધુ સુસંગત બનાવવાની યોજનાની પણ સીબીએસઈએ જાહેરાત કરી હતી. ઈન્ટરનલ અસેસમેન્ટ અને પ્રૉજેક્ટ વર્ક વધુ વિશ્ર્વસનીય અને નક્કર બનાવવામાં આવશે, એમ સીબીએસઈએ કહ્યું હતું.

સીબીએસઈના ડિરેક્ટર જૉસેફ ઍમ્માન્યુઅલ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલા આદેશ અનુસાર પહેલી ટર્મની પરીક્ષા નવેમ્બર-ડિસેમ્બર ૨૦૨૧માં અને બીજી ટર્મની પરીક્ષા માર્ચ-એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૨માં યોજવામાં આવશે.

વિષયના નિષ્ણાતો દ્વારા સૂચવવામાં આવેલા ટૉપિકને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને યોગ્ય અભિગમ અપનાવી શૈક્ષણિક સત્ર ૨૦૨૧-૨૨નો અભ્યાસક્રમ બે ટર્મમાં વિભાજિત કરી દેવામાં આવશે. સ્કૂલો પણ આ વૈકલ્પિક વ્યવસ્થા અપનાવી શકશે. માર્ક્સ યોગ્ય રીતે ફાળવી શકાય તે માટે બૉર્ડની માર્ગદર્શિકા અને હળવી નીતિને અનુસરીને ઈન્ટરનલ અસેસમેન્ટ, પ્રેક્ટિકલ, પ્રૉજેક્ટ વર્ક વધુ વિશ્ર્વસનીય અને નક્કર બને તેવા પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવશે.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the special assessment scheme for class 10 and 12 board exams for the session 2021-22 Session.

“Academic session 2021-22 of class 10th & 12th to be divided into 2 terms with approx 50% syllabus in each term. Syllabus for Board examination 2021-22 will be rationalized similar to that of last academic session to be notified in July 2021,” said the CBSE.

The syllabus for the academic session 2021-22 will be divided into two terms by following a systematic approach by looking into the interconnectivity of concepts and topics by the subject experts and the board will conduct examinations at the end of each term on the basis of the bifurcated syllabus. This is done to increase the probability of having a Board conducted classes X and XII examinations at the end of the academic session.

The syllabus for the Board examination 2021-22 will be rationalized similar to that of the last academic session to be notified in July 2021.

Efforts will be made to make internal assessment/ Practical/ Project work more credible and valid as per the guidelines and moderation policy to be announced by the Board to ensure fair distribution of marks.
